Mlouye offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure your designer accessories meet every expectation of craftsmanship and style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags and hardware protectors remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
